材料先进制备技术教育部工程研究中心

  材料先进制备技术教育部工程研究中心(以下简称“中心”)2001年由教育部批准成立。该中心依托于材料学、材料加工工程、粉末冶金、材料腐蚀与防护等学科,是一支由正高31人、副高17人、其他科研及工程技术人员11人组成的研究队伍,四十岁以下科研人员占50%

  自中心成立以来,承担了多项国家“863”、“973”、重点基金、面上基金等科技攻关和基础研究课题,自主进行了泡沫金属材料、泡沫金属夹芯板、铝镁合金、取向硅钢、超导带材、防腐自润滑材料、先进防护涂层等十余种先进材料的研究开发。该“中心”一直以工程化技术开发和中试研究为目的,主要从事材料方面的工程化技术孵化和科技成果转化。

  目前拥有的成熟技术包括:铝镁合金制备与成型技术、取向硅钢、超导带材、氧化物弥散强化高温合金、防腐自润滑材料、泡沫铝夹芯板、泡沫金属材料、铝镁合金微弧氧化技术、舰船用重防腐化学键合涂料、金属复合搪瓷涂层等十余项。

Engineering Research Center of Advanced Materials Preparing Technology, Ministry of Education

TheEngineering Research Center of Advanced Materials Preparing Technology, Ministry of Education has been approved to set up by Ministry of Education in 2001. The Center is relying on materials science, materials processing engineering, powder metallurgy, Corrosion and Protection of Materials and other disciplines. There are 59 faculty and staff members, including 31 professors, 17 associate professors and 11 scientific and engineering technicians, 50% of researchers under 40.

The center has undertaken a number of national 863, 973, key program, general program and other scientific research and basic research topics in 10 years. More than ten kinds of advanced materials research and development in metal foams, foamed metal sandwich panels, aluminum-magnesium alloy, oriented silicon steel, superconducting tapes, anticorrosion self-lubricating material, protective coating were studied independently. The center has been engineering technology development and pilot study for the purpose and mainly engaged in materials engineering technology incubators and technology achievements.

Mature technology projects: preparation and molding of aluminum magnesium alloy, oriented silicon steel, superconducting tapes, oxide dispersion strengthened superalloy, anticorrosion self-lubricating material, foamed metal sandwich panels, metal foams, micro-arc oxidation of aluminum-magnesium alloy, heavy-duty chemical bonding coating, metal-enamel composite coating and other items.
