有色金属冶金过程技术教育部工程研究中心于200910月通过专家建设论证,20186月通过建设验收,中心依托东北大学,并与云冶集团昆明冶金研究院、山东淄博傅山企业集团有限公司和东大有色固废技术研究院(辽宁)有限公司共建分中心和产业化基地,中心主任张廷安教授。中心有固定人员40人,包括中心固定人员13人,分中心和产业化基地固定人员27人;流动人员80余人。中心总用房面积78110m2

工程中心依托我校有色金属冶金国家重点学科和化学工程一级硕士点,以“有色金属冶金节能减排的科技创新成果转化与产业化”为目标,以有色金属冶金节能减排技术开发有色金属冶金节能减排和高附加值冶金产品制备技术转化转移平台进行建设为根本任务,重点围绕有色金属冶金节能减排技术与装备、外场冶金与清洁冶金、非传统资源与共伴生复杂矿清洁提取重点领域的关键技术进行攻关,与国内外相关企业、研究院及高校进行广泛合作交流,以技术集成创新为核心,实施研究-开发-产业化的协同持续发展,实现有色金属冶金过程绿色技术与装备的工程化高效转化。

工程中心组建以来,参与辽宁特种优势资源高效清洁利用协同创新中心建设,共伴生有色金属资源加压湿法冶金技术国家重点实验室。获国家科技进步奖、日内瓦国际发明专利奖最高荣誉奖-特别金奖等省部级以上奖21项。获国家教学成果二等奖等省部级以上奖3项。中心固定人员入选国务院学科评议组成员1人、国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者、教育部新世纪人才、辽宁青年科技奖“十大英才”等20余人次。承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、重大973计划、863计划、重点基础研发计划各类项目100多项,总经费9000多万元;发表论文400余篇;出版专著12部,作为执行主编出版《“十二五”国家重点图书出版规划项目现代冶金与材料过程》(十二五国家重点图书)、主编出版《特殊冶金过程技术丛书》(十三五国家重点图书)丛书两套;申请国家发明专利200余项,已授权100项,国际PCT专利22项,其中30余项已实现产业化应用。其中,短流程低成本清洁生产钛及钛合金关键技术、零排放氧化铝清洁生产技术、大型高效氧化铝种分槽、球形氢氧化镍合成及关键装备、自蔓延冶金法规模化清洁生产含硼战略材料等大批原创专利技术实现成果产业化应用,技术成果转让总价值1.0亿多元。其中大型高效氧化铝种分槽在全国30%以上的氧化铝厂推广,固体火箭推进剂用高活性无定形硼粉在辽宁、江西等地推广,为相关企业年创经济效益100亿元以上。

The engineering research center of the Ministry of non-ferrous metal metallurgical process technology passed the construction demonstration in October 2009, and received its acceptance on June, 2018. Relying on Northeastern University, the center has jointly built a branch center and industrialization base with Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute of Yunnan Metallurgical Group, Fushan Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. of Zibo, Shandong and the non-ferrous solid waste Technology Research Institute (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. of Northeastern University, and the director of the center is professor Zhang Ting-an. The center consists of 40 fixed personnel, including 13 fixed personnel in the center, 27 fixed personnel in sub-centers and industrial bases, and more than 80 mobile personnel. The total area of the center is 78110 m2.

The engineering center relies on the national key discipline of non-ferrous metallurgy and the first level master's degree of chemical engineering of Northeastern University. With the aim of transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological innovation achievements in energy conservation and emission reduction of non-ferrous metals metallurgy, the fundamental task is to build a platform for energy conservation and emission reduction of non-ferrous metallurgy, energy conservation and emission reduction of non-ferrous metallurgy, and transformation and transfer of high value-added metallurgical product preparation technology. Which focused on key technologies in key areas such as energy-saving and emission reduction technology and equipment of non-ferrous metallurgy, external field metallurgy and clean metallurgy, non-traditional resources and clean extraction of associated complex minerals, and carried out extensive cooperation and exchanges with relevant enterprises, research institutes and universities at home and abroad. Moreover, the center also took technology integration innovation as the core, implement collaborative and sustainable development of research development industrialization, and achieved the engineering transformation of green technology and equipment in non-ferrous metallurgical process.

Since the establishment of the engineering center, it has participated in the construction of collaborative innovation center for efficient and clean utilization of special advantageous resources in Liaoning Province, and has been associated with the state key laboratory of pressurized hydrometallurgy technology for non-ferrous resources. It has won 21 provincial and ministerial awards, including the national science and technology progress award, the highest honor award of Geneva International Invention Patent Award - Special Gold Award, as well as three provincial and ministerial awards including the second prize of national teaching achievement. During the construction period, 1 member of the discipline evaluation group of the State Council, winner of NSFC excellent Youth Fund, New Century Talents of the Ministry of Education and Top ten talents of Liaoning Youth Science and Technology Award were selected for 20 times. Meanwhile, the center has undertaken more than 100 projects of NSFC, 973, 863 plan and key basic R & D plan, with a total expenditure of over 90 million RMBs, more than 400 papers, 12 monographs. As the executive editor in chief, has published two sets of publications including ‘modern metallurgy and material process - 12th Five Year Plan national key book publishing planning project’ (national key book during the 12th Five Year Plan) and ‘special metallurgy process technology series’ (national key book during the 13th five year plan), applied for more than 200 national invention patents, authorized 100, and 22 international PCT patents, of which more than 30 have been industrialized. Among them, a large number of original patent technologies, such as key technologies of short process and low-cost clean production of titanium and its alloys, clean production technology of zero emission alumina, large-scale and high-efficiency alumina seed separation cell, spherical nickel hydroxide synthesis and key equipment, large-scale and clean production of strategic materials containing boron by self-propagating metallurgy, have been applied in industrialization. The total value of technology transfer is more than 100 million RMBs. Besides, the large-scale and high-efficiency aluminum oxide seed cells are popularized in more than 30% of the national aluminum oxide plants, and the high-activity amorphous boron powder for solid rocket propellant is popularized in Liaoning, Jiangxi and other places, creating an annual economic benefit of more than 10 billion RMBs for relevant enterprises.
